Personal Profile:
Wang Jianping, entered the Department of Light Source and Lighting Engineering at Fudan University in 1988, majoring in Electric Light Sources. After completing his master's degree in 1995, he joined Philips Lighting China Professional Lighting Department, where he worked for nearly 8 years and received professional training in various lighting application fields. In 2007, he founded A.T. Lighting Design Studio, which later became Shanghai A.T. Lighting Design Co., Ltd., focusing on providing lighting design and consulting services for architectural and urban landscape projects in China. He is currently a senior member of the Asian Association of Lighting Designers (AALD), a member of the Designer Work Committee of the China Illuminating Engineering Society, and a senior lighting designer. Over the years, he has led the lighting design work for a series of projects, including Ling Shan Van Gogh Village in Wuxi, Wuyin Altar City in Wuxi, Wang Xiaohui Art Center in Suzhou, Huailai Building in Weihai, Wuxi Hollywood Film City, Ling Shan Essence Temple in Wuxi, HKG Design Company Office, Xi'an Datang West Market Silk Road Pedestrian Street, Greenland Yunfeng Shanghai Headquarters, Shangfang Management Group Headquarters Office, Ling Shan Nianhua Bay Zen Town in Wuxi, Niushoushan Fotong Palace in Nanjing, and Hangzhou Xihu Goushan International, etc. He has twice won the first prize for interior design and once won the second prize for interior lighting design at the China Illuminating Engineering Society Awards. During his work, he participated in the compilation of a series of green lighting books published by the China Green Lighting Promotion Office and Fudan University.
