Personal Introduction:
Mr. Bai Wanjun has been working in the design industry for nearly 25 years and holds the title of Senior Lighting Designer. He is a member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). Under his leadership, his team has completed numerous iconic projects, such as architectural lighting projects like Beijing Beihu No.9, as well as classic club projects like Shanghai Vanke Fifth Park, Chongqing Yun Club, and Vanke Chengdu Luxe Lakes. In 2018, he received the IALD Outstanding Contribution Award. The Wuhan Liantou Fusheng Art Museum, which he participated in the design of, won the 39th IALD Awards of Excellence; Chongqing Vanke Feicui Park and Beijing China Resources Future City Exhibition Hall won the 2021 IES Excellence Awards.

Initial Aspiration to Join:
Lighting design was my hobby in my early years, and by chance, I entered this industry and grew into a professional designer. I have always been concerned about the establishment and growth of AALD as an organization, and I am honored to be a member. I hope to learn from and communicate with many industry leaders within this big family of AALD, and I also look forward to the continuous growth and improvement of the association.
