Personal Profile:

Ms. Zhou Lili is a national senior lighting designer and a professional member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). She has over 20 years of professional lighting design experience and has collaborated with renowned designers both domestically and internationally on various types of lighting design projects, including hotels, clubs, restaurants, architectural complexes, marketing centers, cultural buildings, historic buildings, lighting performances, and light art installations. The Wuhan Lian Tou Fu Sheng Art Museum project, designed by her, won the 39th IALD Excellence Award. The Chongqing Vanke Emerald Park project and Beijing China Resources Future City Exhibition Hall received the 2021 IES Merit Award.

Initial intention to join the association:

In the blink of an eye, I have been in this industry for over two decades. "Never forget your initial intention, and you will succeed in the end." What is the initial intention? It refers to the mindset we had when we began our career as designers, the ambitious aspirations that filled our hearts, the reasons that motivated us to overcome challenges, and the driving force that enables us to go against the current. For me, not forgetting my initial intention means adhering to the design principles of "humility in living, respect in serving, and loyalty to others." I bring this initial intention with me as I join AALD, and together with like-minded individuals, we will strive and move forward!
