Personal profile:

Mr. Zhang Dawei has been engaged in the lighting industry for 15 years. Yunnan Guangyu Lighting Design, which he founded, is the first local lighting design agency in Yunnan. In recent years, he has been focusing on commercial real estate, hotels, cultural tourism, etc., leading his team to complete more than 100 lighting design projects, advocating the design concept of "using richer, more diverse, and more easily perceived techniques to allow people to recognize, understand, and enjoy light".

Initiative to join:

As a lighting designer with a philosophy major and no formal training, I am honored to be a member of the AALD. I hope to have the opportunity to learn from industry veterans and listen to their voices in this big family. I wish the association will become better and better.
