Personal Profile:Ms. Niu Xiaofei graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Shandong University of Art & Design and holds a Master's degree in Arts from Renmin University of China. She is an innovation and entrepreneurship mentor for college students at Shandong University of Art & Design, a top ten entrepreneurial role model among college graduates in Jinan, the founding president of the Cultural and Creative Branch of the Jinan Tourism Federation, and a visiting professor at the School of Architecture and Landscape Design at Shandong University of Art & Design. For three consecutive years, she created light show content for Jinan CBD and Qingdao Fushan Bay, which was featured on Xinwen Lianbo (China Central Television's evening news program). The projects she has led have won numerous domestic and international design awards.

Initial aspiration for joining the association:Lighting designers are not only "magicians" who illuminate spaces but also "artists" who create artistic atmospheres. They use light and shadow as brushes and architecture and the environment as canvases to give each corner a unique soul. AALD gathers these outstanding "light and shadow artists," and I look forward to collaborating with them to carve out the art of light, explore new expressions of urban nightscape aesthetics, and inject more vibrant colors and unique charm into the nights of cities.
