Profile: Mr. Dong Haifeng is a senior engineer, an expert in the Chongqing Comprehensive Bid Evaluation Library, and an expert in Chongqing tourist resorts. He is familiar with the preparation of various plans for mountainous cities and special plans such as landscape lighting, excelling in introducing urban design and landscape design concepts into large-scale planning. He has won one Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award as the primary contributor, 25 provincial and ministerial excellent planning and design awards, participated in drafting one national industry standard, four Chongqing engineering construction standards, and two local and above standards as the main drafter, co-authored three monographs, holds one patent, and has authored or co-authored more than ten articles.
