Teaching/Research:
1. During the doctoral study, completed the project "Research on Virtual Lighting Application Technology in Virtual Studio" funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Pioneered the application of computer-aided optical and lighting design technology in TV studios and virtual reality, achieving groundbreaking results. Possesses solid theoretical foundations in architectural indoor and outdoor lighting design and simulation, CAD technology, etc.
2. In the research on environmental behavior in architectural lighting environments, applied the theoretical achievements of environmental behavior to architectural lighting design, embodying a people-oriented approach to create visual environments that better suit human psychological, physiological, and behavioral characteristics.
3. In the field of new high-power LED lighting, researched the design methods and related technologies for LED lighting optical systems that meet specific lighting and heat dissipation requirements. Developed new optical systems for LED light sources that meet relevant lighting standards in road and landscape lighting design, and applied them in the road lighting project of Tianjin Polytechnic University's new campus in 2006, setting a precedent for the large-scale application of LED lighting in road lighting.

Project Cases/Awards:
1. Participated in the completion of the project "Research on Visualization Design and Testing System for Architectural Lighting," funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Received the Second Prize for Technological Progress from the Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission in 1999.
2. Completed the collaborative project with CCTV and Tianjin University on "Computer-Aided Design of Lighting for TV Studios" and received the Third Prize for Technological Progress from the Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission in 2001.
3. Completed the identification achievement "New Semiconductor Energy-Saving Street Light" by the Tianjin Science and Technology Commission in 2006.
4. Led the completion of the key project "High-Brightness LED Automotive Headlight" supported by the Tianjin Science and Technology Support Program in 2009.
5. Completed multiple research projects and patents on new LED street lighting optical systems, LED automotive headlight optical system development, semiconductor LED street lighting heat dissipation structures, embedded low-glare road lighting fixtures, etc.
6. Delivered a speech as an invited expert at the 2006 China (Guangzhou) International Lighting Summit Forum.
7. Contributed to the revision of the national standard "Urban Road Lighting Design Standard CJJ45-2006".
