AALD Delegation Visits Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, Focusing on Industry Innovation Technologies

On the morning of June 10, 2024, the Asian Association of Lighting Designers (AALD) organized a 13-member professional delegation to attend the grand Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition for visits and exchanges. During this time, they visited the booths of renowned lighting companies such as Hao Yang Shares, Yong Electric Lighting, and Zhuming Technology.

On the morning of June 10, accompanied by Ms. Qianya Mai, Deputy Manager of the Technical and Manufacturing Department of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd., the 13-member professional delegation of the Asian Association of Lighting Designers (AALD) arrived at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition for visits and exchanges.

The delegation was comprised of a powerful lineup of industry leaders, including AALD Chairman Professor Yan Yonghong, Secretary-General Ma Bin, as well as AALD regional coordinators Bai Yongrong, Yi Sheng, and Yu Ce Hao from Wenzhou, Fuzhou, and Hong Kong, along with representatives from lighting design companies. It is worth noting that Mr. Yi Sheng served as the leader of this delegation. (A list of members is attached).

The Zhuming Technology booth showcased its cutting-edge seven smart lighting scene solutions, revealing the future trends in lighting technology development. The Yong Electric Lighting exhibition area successfully attracted experts' attention with its latest lighting technology products and innovative achievements in 3D printing.

Several major lighting brands of Hao Yang Shares, including TERBLY (Te Bao Li), GSARC, and GOLDENSEA UV, were also displayed at the booth. In addition, the immersive lighting viewing area "Interstellar Crossing" carefully crafted with GSARC luminaires kept the delegation lingering.

During the visit, Professor Yan Yonghong and other delegation members engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from various companies. They explored the latest trends in lighting technology, including the development of LED technology, the application of smart lighting, and the promotion of green and eco-friendly lighting. Ms. Qianya Mai also shared the philosophy and future plans of the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, further enhancing the delegation's understanding of the event.

As one of the most influential lighting designer associations in Asia, AALD has been committed to promoting the development and innovation of the lighting design industry. This visit not only demonstrated AALD's attention and support for the industry but also highlighted its significant role in promoting industry communication and cooperation.
