High‑Level AIGC Training Course Hosted by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security Successfully Held

From August 24 to 26, the high‑level training course *AIGC Empowers the Digital‑Intelligent Upgrade of Lighting Enterprises*, hosted by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and undertaken by Zhejiang Lighting Electrical Appliance Association, was successfully held in Hangzhou. The training assembled more than 60 management and technical professionals from Zhejiang’s lighting industry to explore practical approaches for AIGC, as a new‑quality productive force, to inject robust momentum into the lighting industry.

Yang Shiwei, Deputy Director of the Consumer Goods & Time‑Honored Industries Division of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology; Ling Yingming, Honorary Chairman and Party Branch Secretary of Zhejiang Lighting Electrical Appliance Association; and Shen Wei, Senior Member of AALD and Chairman of Zhejiang Lighting Electrical Appliance Association, attended the event.

The course invited Ma Bin, Secretary‑General of AALD and Founder of China Lighting Jinzhi, and Chen Huijun, Optical‑Intelligence Architect at China Lighting Jinzhi, as core lecturers. On the afternoon of the opening day, Mr. Ma Bin delivered the keynote report *Past, Present and Future — The Future Vision of AIGC*. He pointed out that AIGC is more than a productivity tool; it serves as a core engine driving the lighting industry’s shift from experience‑driven operations to data‑driven and intelligence‑driven development. Enterprises should proactively embrace technological changes and seize opportunities for digital‑intelligent transformation.

Subsequently, Ms. Chen Huijun presented the keynote report *AIGC Tool Applications and Design Visualization in the Lighting Industry*, with a focus on real‑world implementation. Centered on the “AI Lighting Workstation” (A‑Station), her report covered specific AIGC applications across lighting design, visual rendering and proposal delivery. With abundant hands‑on cases, she demonstrated how AI empowers designers to boost full‑chain efficiency from concept generation to visual presentation.

In the following sessions, experts including Hou Minxian, Li Chunge, Cheng Tian, Zhang Fan and Hong Yuan gave presentations in sequence. Their topics covered AI’s evolution from an execution tool to a decision‑making partner, scenarios and real‑world cases of deep integration between AI and the lighting sector, AIGC‑enabled lighting design, operations of mainstream AI tools, and product innovation in the AI era. These lectures built a complete learning loop for participants spanning conceptual upgrading to hands‑on practice.
